Art Class Policy
TUITION
Tuition for afternoon art classes is $100 per month due the first week of each month. Cost is based on total number of classes for the year and covers all supplies and teacher fees. Payments DO NOT reflect $25 per class. If your child misses a class you will not be able to get a full refund for class, because materials have been purchased and each instructor needs to be compensated for their time. Checks should be made out to the instructor of the class your child is attending. For students starting 2nd semester, the first payment will be due in January.
ATTENDANCE POLICY
If your child misses more than 3 consecutive classes, your child’s slot in the class will be vacated with only a partial refund, 40% of the previous month’s payment. This is due to the number of students that are on our waiting list to enter classes.
Fall Art Classes
Fall art classes, instructed by Kayla Allen, will resume on September 15th, 2026, at the Gadsden Museum of Art. If you are interested in enrolling your child in art classes, please fill out the form and email the document to gmagadsden@gmail.com.

The Gadsden Museum of Art is pleased to offer a NEW art class for students in grades 1st - 6th. This class will be instructed by Shea Gray and will be held on Thursdays from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Cost is $100 per month. Classes will resume September 17th, 2026.
Each year, classes end in May and resume in September.
