2012 Permanent Collection Exhibit

The Gadsden Museum of Art is proud to announce the first exhibition of its permanent collection for 2012.  The collection contains works acquired by the museum over the past 5 decades.  Oil Paintings, Watercolors, Sculptures and various other mediums will be a part of this dynamic assemblage.  A large portion of the work has been donated to the museum by the artists themselves lending a more personal touch to the art.  Other pieces have been given in memory or honor of an individual who possessed a great passion for the arts.  This is an exhibit the entire family will enjoy.  It is on display for a limited time and as always, admission is free.  For more information please contact Elaine Campbell, Exhibits Curator at 256.546.7365 or email us at museum@cityofgadsden.com
