2011 Stitching Across Alabama

Gadsden Museum of Art is proud to host the Fourth Annual Statewide Quilt Show, Stitching Across Alabama, September 6 —October 29, 2011. Entry into this exhibit requires that quilts must have won an award OR it must be the first time the quilt has been exhibited OR it must be the first quilt made. Last year, we were pleased to have twenty eight quilters from eighteen cities across the state who submitted entries. You are invited to come visit GMA one of the most popular exhibits of the year. GMA employees and volunteers treat these treasured quilts with care as they are prepared for hanging. We also provide gloves for the use of visitors who want to touch the quilts.
